Shipment of goods worth min EUR. 200.00 free of charge within Austria.

Postal Shipping Charges within Austria:

first Case 1 - 6 Bottles 15,50 Euro
first Case 7 - 12 Bottles 17,70 Euro
every Case 1 - 6 Bottles 7,40 Euro
every Case 7 - 12 Bottles 9,60 Euro

For shipment to other countries freight charges to be borne by buyer.

Price Basis:

All quoted prices include V.A.T. (12 % Mehrwertsteuer)

Payment:

Terms for new customers are Net Cash in Advance.

Claims:

Quality/quantity claims and claims for damages in transit are to be advised in writing immediately on receipt of goods. We cannot accept return of opened bottles.

Retention of Title:

We retain title to shipped goods until payment has been received in full. Orders are accepted only on the basis of our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
