ABOUT US Based on a long family tradition, Beisteiner’s Wine Estate produces and markets Austrian wines domestically and internationally.
 From our location in central Burgenland – also called “Blaufränkisch Country” – we offer typical wines of the region primarily from our own vineyards. Our product range comprises red wines (mainly the Blaufränkisch variety), white wines (dry and sweet), ice wine, wine cocktails as well as liqueurs.

Our products have gained increasing acceptance not only in Austria but also internationally. Sales to other European countries have grown significantly and we now export wines worldwide. Markets include Japan, Singapore, Hongkong, Taiwan as well as the U.S. and Canada.
By combining wine-making expertise and international business experience, we can offer our customers high product quality as well as prompt and reliable service. Using modern communication technology, we maintain close contact with our business partners around the globe. Our participation at international wine fairs helps to strengthen our personal customer relations.
The Beisteiner Estate has been family-owned for 8 generations. Its operation was first officially documented in 1845. Our total planting area has increased from 3.5 hectares right after World War II to the present acreage of 10 hectares.
In 1989 we moved our wine-making operation and offices from the village centre to its periphery near the Austro-Hungarian border. |
